Theme30 is not responsible for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever in relation to the use of products that are sold by Theme30.
Some of the products on this site are designed and created by me, Sarah Palmer at Theme30. NO items or images can be copied or sold elsewhere without my DIRECT written permission. PLEASE contact me to sell wholesale.
For retail customers, payments are made immediately via paypal or via afterpay. If the payment doesn’t clear, the items will be not be sent out. If you are in Melbourne, there is an option to pick up and pay on collection.
For wholesale customers, payments are made either immediately via Paypal or Afterpay. Customers in Melbourne have an option to pick up and pay on collection. Goods on consignment need a deposit upfront.
Shipping is free in Australia. Anywhere outside of Australia is $20 flat rate delivery.
Items are sent out as soon as they can be after purchase (within 2 business days). Items that are held in Australia by Theme30 will be posted out via Australia. All items have their origin of postage in the item description. Items are not insured and Theme30 is not responsible for delays or loss of items due to Australia Post. If you have not received items within 21 days for UK and Australia and 35 days for everywhere else, please contact me.
I cannot make any guarantees on the speed of delivery around Christmas.
Product Information & Warranties
Items should be available 24/7 on the website and it should be clear if an item is low in stock or out of stock. Mistakes can happen (I am only human) and if there is a mistake in the pricing, information or stock levels, then I will contact you and discuss alternative products or a refund.
If you have received the wrong item, please contact me as soon as you can (preferably within 30 days) because there may not be replacement stock available, especially if the item was not made by Theme30. Please take a photo and contact me and I will arrange for the return of the item for free and have the correct one sent out or a refund.
All items should hold up to reasonable wear and tear where the item is used or worn as intended. For example, jewellery should not be worn in the shower and care should be taken not to knock it. If an item is broken on receipt or breaks within 6 months, please take a photo and contact me for refund and return information.
If you change your mind within 30 days and the item is unused and unworn, then please contact me for exchange or refund. I will not refund earrings for hygiene reasons, or the return postage.
I will acknowledge all communications within 24 hours and follow up and resolve complaints within 48 hours
