Shipping - How long will my purchase take to reach me?
How long will my item take to reach me?
Items are currently being se from Australia and the UK, and can take varying amounts of time, depending on where you live in relation to those countries. We will send out items within 2 working days of receiving your order. If you have not received it within 21 days, for UK and Australia or 35 days for everywhere else, please contact me.
****CHRISTMAS DELIVERY****
I cannot guarantee the speed of Australia post. If you order after the 8th of December, you may not get your items in time for Christmas. If you would like to order after that date in time for christmas, I will be offering extra express post options at a small extra cost. Please message me with your country and i’ll add it to the postal options.

Why does the item I have received look slightly different to the one on the website?
I have received the wrong item
If you have received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days to arrange to return the item and have the correct one sent out.
The item is broken
All items should hold up to reasonable wear and tear, but if an item is broken on receipt or breaks within 30 days, please take a photo and contact me for refund and return information.
I have changed my mind about the item
If you change your mind within 30 days and the item is unused and unworn, then please contact me for exchange or refund. I will not refund the return postage.
What is your privacy policy?
We will send you one email after you have purchased asking if you would like to join the mailing list, BUT we WILL NOT sign you up to our mailing list without your direct consent and permission. We all get too many emails, and who needs that!
And under no circumstances will you email addresses or contact details be shared with anyone, ever!
